1, 9 inch unbaked pie shell
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup drained mixed vegetables
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cereal cream or milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp instant minced onion
1/2 tsp crushed oregano

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 450F.
Brush pie shell with a small amount of the beaten eggs.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes, remove from oven and cool.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350F.
Sprinkle mixed vegetables and cheese in the pie shell.
Combine the eggs with the remaining ingredients and pour on top.
Bake until set, 35 to 40 minutes,
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Vegetables can be frozen, canned , fresh or left over.
This recipe will make 24 mini quiche, bake at 425F for 15 minutes.
