1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 x 21oz can apricot pie filling
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup pecan halves
Hot rice
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Arrange the chicken breasts in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Combine the apricot pie filling, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt and nutmeg.
Stir in the pecans.
Pour the apricot mixture over the chicken.
Cover and bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Serve with the hot rice.
