4 eggs, lightly beaten
180 ml (3/4 cup) sour cream
415 g can red salmon, drained and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
Baby rocket leaves and extra sour cream to serve (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
Grease a 23 cm. (9 inch) flan dish.
Whisk eggs and sour cream in a bowl until combined.
Stir in salmon, green onions and dill.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
Bake, uncovered for about 35 minutes or until firm.
Serve with rocket leaves and sour cream. if desired.
