Seared Salmon Steaks with Coriander and Pepper Crust: Submitted by: TheCooks | Date Added: 11 Nov 2010

4, 175g salmon steaks or fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
Salt to taste
Lemon and lime halves

Cooking Instructions

Combine pepper, coriander and salt.
Brush the top of the salmon with olive oil.
Press the spice mixture on to the top of the salmon.
Sear both sides of the salmon on a flat grill for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
Add the lemon and lime halves and cook for aout 2 minutes until brown.
Serve warm.
